Delivery & Operations Manager
We’re hiring a Delivery & Operations Manager (Remote, part-time/full-time) to help scale our fast-growing mobile dev studio. If you think in systems, love clarity, and want to own delivery across iOS, Android, Web, and QA.
📍 Remote (Georgia preferred, but open)
🕒 Long-term, part-time to full-time
💰 Compensation: Based on experience
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Experience coordinating software delivery (mobile/web/backend/design)
Clear communicator with strong async team management skills
Obsessed with structure, systems, and continuous improvement
Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum (no textbook purism)
Can track scope, timelines, blockers, and quality like a pro
Strong written and spoken English (business-level fluency)
✅ You Will
Coordinate pods (iOS, Android, Web, Design, QA)
Run async daily check-ins and monitor deliverables
Manage timelines, scope, and execution risks
Ensure QA cycles are followed and documented
Prepare concise weekly updates for the CTO
Support PMs with scope breakdowns and sprint planning
Drive process hygiene: docs, definitions of done, retros, etc.
🌟 Nice to Have
Experience working with mobile app development teams
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Figma, Notion, Slack
Experience with acceptance testing and QA handoffs

Lead Android Engineer (Senior Level)
We’re hiring a Senior Android Engineer to lead mobile delivery across 3 active projects. Part-time to full-time, remote, equity path. Must have 8+ years of experience, leadership skills, and passion for quality.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in Android development (Kotlin, Clean Architecture, Jetpack, Compose, etc.)
Proven ability to deliver and lead Android projects end-to-end
Strong communication, leadership, and code review skills
Comfortable managing a high-level mid Android dev (already on team)
Wants more than just a job — ready to own delivery, mentor, and grow with us
✅ You Will
Lead Android delivery across 3 international projects (NZ, Ireland, Canada)
Manage, support, and review work of current Android dev
Architect, code, and stabilize key features (offline mode, performance, refactoring)
Communicate with CTO and PMs
Start with a 2-month paid probation and grow into equity partner.
