Lead Android Engineer (Senior Level)
We’re hiring a Senior Android Engineer to lead mobile delivery across 3 active projects. Part-time to full-time, remote, equity path. Must have 8+ years of experience, leadership skills, and passion for quality.
📍 Remote (Georgia Required)
🕒 Long-term, part-time to full-time

🔍 What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in Android development (Kotlin, Clean Architecture, Jetpack, Compose, etc.)
Proven ability to deliver and lead Android projects end-to-end
Strong communication, leadership, and code review skills
Comfortable managing a high-level mid Android dev (already on team)
Wants more than just a job — ready to own delivery, mentor, and grow with us
✅ You Will
Lead Android delivery across 3 international projects (NZ, Ireland, Canada)
Manage, support, and review work of current Android dev
Architect, code, and stabilize key features (offline mode, performance, refactoring)
Communicate with CTO and PMs
Start with a 2-month paid probation and grow into equity partner.
